My part time cooking help took a day off. I didn't get upset at all. I just took out my car and drove to one of my my favourite eating places in Panchkula. The place has no name. Food is served from a stationary van and the 'tandoor' nearby allows you to see how fresh the roti is. Needless to say that the tandoori rotis are topped with yellow butter.
And yes, it is tasty and inexpensive. Costs Rs.50. And no tip to be given.
